These terms apply to buyers, exhibitors, sellers, partners, sponsors, and state tourism board participants registering or booking a stall at the Sikkim Travel and Tourism Fair 2026, held 21–22 November 2026 at Ridge Park, Gangtok, Sikkim.

Rates, inclusions, stall allocations, hospitality arrangements, and promotional benefits are confirmed individually on enquiry and set out in writing at the time of booking — this site does not publish fixed prices.
